GLP build-to-suit development is a service that includes customized site selection, construction, and management of dedicated distribution facilities according to an individual customer's requirements. To meet a growing number of customers' financial objectives, GLP can purchase the distribution facilities that customers currently own, and then lease the facilities back to the customers.
